Hijacked e-mail accounts send out messages about fake diploma scams and request the recipient to call thisnumber.

They called me claiming to be a law office and claiming they were going to serve me papers.

keeps calling over and over again..just called twice in 5 minutes..same recorded msg. as others on this site..."federal law prohibits..blah--blah etc..press any number to speak with someone..etc. left msg on machine a couple times.."must call within 48 hours" etc. This is getting very annoying as my husband works all night and must sleep during day..they call constantly from this number

Answered this call and there was a brief period of telephone ring sound then background noise like a telemarketing bull pen. When I said "hello", whoever was on the other end said "I don't speak Chinese" and then hung up. Weird.
